Jeff was very timely in his response to my request for a quote. He did some advance work on assessing the job and then came out to ensure he had all the information needed to provide a quote. Jeff answered all my questions (and some I may not have thought to ask). When it came to installation, he managed to set a date and time that worked—both to ensure the work got done before I left on vacation and to fit into my schedule. Jeff made sure I had the right shingles to match up with the current roofing and also did a great job on the inside in matching up what was already there. He and his colleague moved items as needed, put down drop cloths, and cleaned up before they left. I’m really pleased with the skylights and the work done… along with Jeff’s approach. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Moore Skylights.

A few urgent renos (and COVID years) later, I called Jeff, and he was just as friendly as when we first met! Skylight Replacement - Fantastic
We contacted Moore Skylights on recommendation of a neighbour who swore by his service, work, and professionalism. From the first call, Jeff was excellent in communication, timeliness, work, and professionalism. He said it best, "I do one thing, and do it well," which I can only agree with 100%. From the initial quote, ordering, delivery, and work completion took about a month. Right up to installation day, Jeff was in regular communication regarding weather and scheduling. We had two skylights replaced, which took about 4 hours. Jeff protected the work area, did a full clean-up, removal of garbage, and took photos to show his work. We had the photos and warranty emailed within hours of completion. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Moore Skylights.

Velux Sun Tunnel Installation
Jeff was one of the installers that was recommended to us. We are so extremely fortunate to have chosen Jeff to do the installation of our 2-Sun Tunnels. He was very prompt at contacting us right away and came by to give us options on how we could "brighten" up our very dark living room. Our street is heavily treed with maples, and during the summer, it is so dark. We went with the option of 2-sun tunnels and could not be more pleased with the outcome! The installation was done by Jeff, and he was very tidy with his work and professional. Installation was done in about 3 hours total. We now have two sun tunnels in our living room, and the difference from before is beyond belief. Even on a dark and cloudy day, I feel like the lights are on! It is true....literally. Jeff was amazing from the very first call. Very responsive and helpful. Responded to all my questions and put to rest all my concerns. I had to reschedule because of my work conflict, and Jeff was very cooperative. He has a cheerful and friendly demeanor and gives the right recommendations. The space looks so bright now. It's beautiful.
